Terms and Conditions

  1. We provide professional laundry, dry cleaning, ironing/pressing, stain removal & garment care services for individual and commercial clients.

  2. Customers are responsible for ensuring garments are properly labelled & suitable for cleaning.

  3. We inspect garments upon receipt and follow care label instructions unless otherwise specified in writing, but we're not responsible for issues caused by missing or incorrect labels, wear and tear, material defects, or weak stitching.

  4. While we do our best to remove stains using industry-standard methods, complete removal can’t be guaranteed, and there is a slight risk of discolouration or fabric damage, for which we kindly cannot accept responsibility.

  5. In the unlikely event of loss or irreparable damage, our maximum liability will be limited to five times the cleaning charge of the item.

  6. We aren’t responsible for any loss or damage to items left in pockets or attached to garments.

  7. We kindly ask customers to check the count & condition of their garments upon pickup & delivery & appreciate your understanding that delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

  8. Typical turnaround time is 2 to 5 working days, depending on the item & service. Express services are available at extra cost. Delays may occur during festivals, rains, or high demand.

  9. Garments not collected within 30 days of the delivery date will be considered abandoned & may be donated or disposed of without refund or compensation.

  10. The prices listed in the rate card are indicative, and final charges may vary based on the garment’s fabric, design, and handling requirements.

  11. We accept cash, UPI, cards, and mobile wallets, with payment required in advance or at delivery, as no credit arrangement is available.

  12. Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery; we may re-process the item if needed, but no cash refunds will be provided.

  13. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as fire, burglary, natural disasters, power failures, strikes, or pandemic-related restrictions.

  14. Customer details are collected solely for communication, billing and service delivery. We don’t sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.

  15. We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted in-store and/or on our website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
